dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na provedení finanční analýzy a následném zhodnocení finanční situace podniku MOTLVáclav. Práce je členěna do osmi kapitol. První kapitola specifikuje finanční analýzu, její účel, cíl a způsoby přístupu k finanční analýze. Dále tato práce pojednává o uživatelích finanční analýzy a zdrojích informací pro finanční analýzu. Poté jsou uvedeny jednotlivé metody a ukazatelé finanční analýzy, včetně jejich popisu. V praktické části jsou aplikovány jednotlivé metody finanční analýzy za pět po sobě jdoucích období na stavební a malířsko - lakýrnickou firmu MOTLVáclav. Dílčí výstupy finanční analýzy firmy jsou po celé sledované období srovnávány s hodnotami jednotlivých ukazatelů v odvětví. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení výsledků finanční analýzy a snaha o zhodnocení celkové finanční situace podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on compiling the financial analysis and reviewing overall financial situation of particular business. Whole document is divided into eight chapters. First chapter defines financial analysis, its purpose, target and possible ways of approaching to this issue. Next, it gives information about users of financial analysis and about source of information for the purpose of the financial analysis. After that, specific methods and indicators are shown and properly described. Following up with practical part of the bachelor thesis, theoretically described methods are applied on the chosen firm specializing in building industry in five following periods. Results of financial analysis are compared with values of building industry. The thesis conclusion is composed of evaluation of financial analysis and overall financial situation of the chosen firmen
