dc.description.abstractMonitoring pracovní motivace patří mezi základní nástroje řízení lidských zdrojů. Nárůst zájmu o problematiku pracovní motivace a spokojenosti všeobecných sester je pozorován v posledních dvou desetiletích. Významné problémy, které zvyšují zájem o toto téma, jsou nárůst nedostatku sester, předčasný odchod sester z profese a jejich migrace do jiných zemí. Česká republika se momentálně potýká s relativním nedostatkem všeobecných sester. Statistiky uvádějí až třetinový pokles za posledních 30 let. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá obecně motivací, všeobecnou sestrou na pracovišti, problémy vyplývající z poruch motivace a managementem motivace. Praktická část mapuje motivaci všeobecných sester na standardních odděleních a jednotkách intenzivní péče.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedMonitoring of the motivation is one of the basic means in human resources management. We observed an increase of interest about this topic in past two decades. Important problems which increase an interest about this topic are lack of general nurses, early quit from the profession and nurse's migration to another countries. Czech Republic has relative lack of general nurses now. Statistics shows a third decline in past 30 years. Master thesis is divided in two parts. Theoretical part deals with general motivation, general nurse at the workplace, problems resulting from motivation disorders and motivation management. Research part maps the motivation of nurses on standard departments and on intensive care units.en
