dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá jazykovou a obsahovou analýzou vybraných právních textů, věnujících se tématu osobních společností. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiku obchodních a osobních společností, krátké porovnání informací z hlediska obsahu a charakteristiku odborného jazyka. V praktické části jsou oba texty analyzovány z hlediska druhu textu, slovotvorby, větné skladby, nominálního stylu a morfologie.cs

The theoretical part includes the characteristic of companies and partnerships, short comparison of information in terms of content and characteristic of technical language. In the practical part are both texts analyzed in terms of the type of text, word formation, sentence structure, nominal style and morphology.en
