dc.description.abstractCílem práce bylo vytvořit ucelený videoprogram, který je zaměřen na poskytování dopomoci, záchrany a bezpečnosti ve sportovní gymnastice v hodinách tělesné výchovy na základních, ale i středních školách. Videoprogram obsahuje výběr nejčastěji zařazovaných gymnastických tvarů s popisem dopomoci a záchrany.Program je vhodný pro učitele tělesné výchovy nejen na základních a středních školách, trenéry a cvičitele gymnastiky, studenty tělovýchovných oborů pedagogických fakult, ale také pro zájemce z široké veřejnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the work was to create a comprehensive video program focused on the provision of help, rescue and safety in sports gymnastics in physical education classes at elementary and secondary schools. The video program contains a selection of the most frequently used gymnastic forms with a description of help and rescue. The program is suitable for teachers of physical education not only in elementary and secondary schools, trainers and gymnastics instructors, students of physical education disciplines of pedagogical faculties, but also for those interested in the general public.en
