V diplomové práci jsou popsány subjekty a vykonavatelé státní správy v oblasti sázek a her, včetně jejich pravomocí. Práce se dále věnuje správnímu dozoru ve všech jeho fázích, včetně správního trestání v herním právu.cs

In this dissertation describes the subjects and executors of public administration of betting and games, including their competencies.
