dc.description.abstractRigorózní práce se zabývá problematikou pracovní doby ve zdravotnictví. Zabývá se obcházením ustanovení zákoníku práce na straně zdravotnických zařízení, přetěžováním zdravotnických pracovníků nelegálními přesčasy a s tím souvisejícím krácením doby odpočinku. Cílem je analyzovat specifika pracovní doby ve zdravotnictví s důrazem na přesčasy, dobu pracovní pohotovosti a dobu odpočinku. Text dále zasazuje problematiku pracovní doby ve zdravotnictví do širšího kontextu mezinárodního a komunitárního práva a srovnává českou a slovenskou právní úpravu o pracovní době ve zdravotnictví. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků stávajících právních předpisů jsou formulovány návrhy de lege ferenda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedRigorous work deals with the issue of working hours in health care. It deals with circumventing the provisions of the Labor Code on the part of medical facilities, overburdening medical workers with illegal overtime and the related reduction of rest periods. The aim is to analyze the specifics of working hours in health care with an emphasis on overtime, on-call time and rest periods. The text further places the issue of working hours in health care in the broader context of international and community law and compares the Czech and Slovak legislation on working hours in health care. De lege ferenda proposals are formulated on the basis of the identified shortcomings of the existing legislation.en
