| dc.description.abstract | Místní referendum se řadí mezi instituty přímé demokracie. O rozdělení demokracie na přímou a nepřímou pojednává první kapitola. Druhá kapitola pojednává o samotném procesu místního referenda. V této kapitole budou rozebrány jednotlivé části procesu místního refe-renda s využitím současné právní úpravy. Třetí kapitola se týká referenda ve vybraných ze-mích. Čtvrtá kapitola zkoumá místní referenda v České republice mezi roky 2006 - 2017. | cs |
