| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá popisem problematiky ekonomické a finanční části projektu malé živnosti. K sestavení výkazu zisku a ztráty a přehledu penežních toků je předveden plný rozsah možných výnosů, nákladů, příjmů a výdajů, jejichž časový vývoj je odhadnut pomocí metod predikce. Dalším cílem, na který se práce zaměřuje, je stanovení nejvhodnější varianty financování. Pro zjištění parametrů nejvíce ovlivňujících zvolený projekt je provedena citlivostní analýza. Všechny získané výsledky jsou porovnány pomocí kvalitativních kritérií, jako jsou vnitřní míra výnosnosti, čistá současná hodnota a diskontovaná doba návratnosti. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis describes the problematics of the economic and financial aspects of a small business. In order to compile the profit and loss account the cash flow overview, a full spectrum of possible revenues, costs, incomes and expenses is presented and their progression in time is estimated using prediction methods. Another focus of the thesis is the selection of optimal funding options. Sensitivity analysis is performed to determine the most influential parameters. All results are then compared using quantitative criteria, such as the internal rate of return, the net present value and the discounted payback period. | en |
