dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je ?Motivace pracovníků v organizaci?. Cílem práce je popsat a analyzovat současný systém motivace pracovníků v softwarové společnosti Epicor Software Slovakia s.r.o. a na základě zjištěných skutečností navrhnout možná opatření ke zlepšení motivačního systému společnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá základními teoretickými východisky motivace. Dále je pozornost věnována podstatě pracovní motivace, nejvýznamnějším teoriím motivace a různým formám stimulace pracovníků. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, kde je charakterizován vybraný podnik a soustřeďuje se na analýzu motivačního programu firmy. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření je proveden průzkum pracovní motivace. V závěru je obsažen návrh možného zlepšení stávajícího motivačního programu ve firmě a jsou zohledněny finanční možnosti na jeho zavedení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis is ?The Motivation of Employees at an organization?. The aim of the thesis is to describe and analyze the current system of employee motivation in Epicor Software Slovakia s. r. o. and to propose the possible further steps to improve the company motivational system, basing on acquired facts. The theoretical part deals with basic theoretical prerequisites of motivation. Further on it focuses on the very essence of work motivation, the most prominent theories of motivation and different forms of employee stimulation. The theoretical part is followed by the practical, where the selected company is characterized. This part focuses on the motivational program analysis. The work motivation survey is done by means of questionnaire analysis. The conclusion of the thesis includes the proposal of possible improvement of current company motivational program, taking into consideration the financial aspect connected with its implementation.en
