dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce s názvem Pobyt cizinců na území České republiky si klade za cíl provést stručný, v nanesených bodech však co možná nejkomplexnější, rozbor účinné právní úpravy jednotlivých pobytových oprávnění, institutu správního vyhoštění a zajištění cizince. V závěrečné části je stručně pojednáno o vztahu zákona o pobytu cizinců a zákona o azylu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis entitled The Residence of Foreign Nationals in the Czech Republic is intended to provide a concise but, in the emphasized areas, the most comprehensive possible analysis of the legislation in effect relating to the individual residence permits, the instrument of administrative expulsion and detention of aliens. The final part provides a brief discussion of the relationship between the Act on Residence of Aliens and the Asylum Act.en
