dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce "Nejvhodnější způsoby komunikace učitele s rodiči žáků" zjišťuje, jak spolu komunikují učitelé a rodiče žáků na vybrané základní škole v Plzni. Hledá řešení ke zlepšení komunikace mezi učiteli a rodiči žáků. Teoretická část přináší přehled způsobů, kterými v dnešní době komunikují učitelé s rodiči. Praktická část kombinuje kvantitativní a kvalitativní výzkum a získává tak relevantní obraz o komunikaci mezi učiteli a rodiči žáků na sledované škole. Závěr práce shrnuje poznatky z obou výzkumných metod a nad rámec analýzy přináší možnosti zlepšení komunikace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis "The most suitable forms of the communication between a teacher and parents of pupils" is investigating how the teachers and parents of pupils in a selected elementary school in Pilsen communicate. The thesis is looking for a solution on how to improve the interaction between teachers and parents. The theoretical part is describing the possible ways how can today's teachers and parents communicate with each other. The practical part combines the qualitative and quantitative research to give a real view of the current state of communication between parents of pupils and teachers in the selected elementary school. The conclusion states the findings from both of the research approaches and on top of that brings the possibilities of improvement of the researched subject.en
