| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce hodnotí aktuální postavení úředníků ve veřejné správě včetně základních atributů veřejné správy v České republice. Dalším tématem jsou lidské zdroje, etické principy a nástroje. Současné také poukazuji na téma korupce ve veřejné správě, které je zcela zásadním problémem dnešní společnosti. V této části se zabývám zejména strategiemi Vlády České republiky v boji proti korupci a protikorupčními opatřeními. | cs |
