dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na podnikatelskou etiku, která v současné době nabývá na významu a stává se důležitým podnikovým nástrojem. Hlavním cílem práce je posouzení aplikace podnikatelské etiky do oblasti mobilních operátorů působících na českém trhu. V úvodní teoretické části jsou objasněny základní pojmy týkající se podnikatelské etiky. Praktická část je zaměřena na představení tří mobilních operátorů v ČR a na porovnání jejich přístupů k podnikatelské etice a společenské odpovědnosti firem. Součástí praktické části je také vlastní dotazníkové šetření a Mystery shopping. Výstupem práce je vyhodnocení výsledků obou výzkumných metod a následné prezentování těchto dosažených výsledků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the business ethics that is currently of significant importance and becomes an important corporate tool. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to appraise the application of business ethics in the field of mobile operators acting on the Czech market. In the introduction part of the thesis, basic terms regarding the business ethics are clarified. Practical part is focused on presentation of three mobile operators in Czech Republic and on their approach to the business ethics and corporate social responsibility. The practical part contains a private questionnaire survey and Mystery shopping. The outcome of the thesis is the appraisal of the results of both the survey methods and the presentation of the results.en
