dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma motivace pracovníků ve vybraném podniku. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit motivační systém společnosti z pohledu zaměstnanců a následně navrhnout opatření pro oblast motivování pracovníků ve zvolené společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Kapitoly teoretické části vymezují základní pojmy motivace, pracovní motivace a její zdroje. V praktické části je charakterizována vybraná společnost a její závod, na který je práce soustředěna. Klíčovou částí práce je popis současného motivačního systému a výzkumné šetření, které hodnotí motivaci z pohledu zaměstnanců i vedoucích pracovníků. Poslední kapitola praktické části obsahuje na základě výzkumného šetření navrhnutá možná opatření, která mají přispět ke zlepšení motivačního systému společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis is focused on the topic of employee motivation in a selected company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the company's motivational system from the perspective of employees and subsequently propose measures for motivating employees in the selected company. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical chapters define basic concepts of motivation, work motivation and its sources. In the practical part, the selected company and its manufacturing plant, which is the work focused, are characterized. The key part of the thesis is the description of the current motivational system and the research investigation, which evaluates motivation from the perspectives of employees and managers. The last chapter of the practical part includes proposed measures based on the research investigation, which are aimed at improving the company's motivational system.en
