dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na řízení rizik v projektech. V teoretické části je popsána teorie zabývající se projektovým managementem. V ní jsou uvedeny základní pojmy projektového managementu. Druhá část teorie je zaměřena na řízení rizik v projektech. Je zde uveden popis metody RIPRAN, která je využita k hodnocení rizik v následující části bakalářské práce. V praktické části je popsána společnost MBtech a vybraný projekt "Rosenbaurer". Cílem této části je identifikovat rizika tohoto projektu a následně je ohodnotit a navrhnout opatření proti nim. Výstupem řízení rizik je registr rizik. Vzhledem k tomu že v době odevzdání bakalářské práce je projekt již ukončen, je tato práce firmě MBtech doporučena jako podklad pro řízení rizik v dalších projektech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis is focused on risk management in projects. The theoretical part describes the theory dealing with project management. There are the basic concepts of project management. The second part focuses on the theory of risk management in projects. There is a description of the RIPRAN method, which is used for risk assessment in the next part of the thesis. The practical part describes Mbtech company and selected project "Rosenbaurer". The aim of this section is to identify the risks of the project and subsequently evaluate and propose measures against them. The output of risk management is the risk register. Given that at the time of submission of the thesis project is already completed, this work is recommended to the company MBtech as a basis for risk management in other projects.en
