dc.description.abstractTématem této diplomové práce je řízení rizik projektu u stavby administrativní budovy. Práce je rozdělaná na dvě základní části. Jedná se o teoretickou část, kde se nachází vysvětlení pojmů z oblasti projektového managementu, největší část je věnována řízení rizik. Další část je praktická část, kde se nachází proces řízení rizik konkrétního projektu. Cílem práce je vytvoření postupu pro řízení rizik u stavby administrativní budovy a snížení negativních dopadů dílčích rizik na projekt. K řízení rizik byly použity metody RIPRAN a FMEA. Po procesu řízení rizik následuje porovnání výsledků obou metod. Z toho vychází doporučení, jakým způsobem reagovat na dílčí rizika. Práce byla předána společnosti pro řízení rizik u tohoto a podobných projektů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this diploma thesis is project risk management in the construction of an office building. The work is divided into two basic parts. This is a theoretical part, where there is an explanation of concepts in the field of project management, the largest part is devoted to risk management. The next part is the practical part, where the risk management process of a specific project is located. The aim of the work is to create a procedure for risk management in the construction of an office building and reduce the negative impacts of partial risks on the project. RIPRAN and FMEA methods were used for risk management. The risk management process is followed by a comparison of the results of both methods. The recommendation on how to respond to partial risks is based on this. The work was handed over to the risk management company for this and similar projects.en
