dc.description.abstractCílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem se využívá na energetickém trhu omezování hospodářské soutěže, nekalá soutěž a nekalé obchodní praktiky a u nejčastěji vyskytujících se případů navrhnou doporučení pro jejich omezení nebo úplné odstranění. Práce se v první části zabývá teoretickým vymezením těchto tří pojmů. Dále se práce zaměřuje na charakteristiku energetického trhu v České republice. Třetí část věnuje pozornost příkladům omezování hospodářské soutěže, nekalé soutěže a nekalých obchodních praktik zaměřených na energetický trh v České republice. V poslední části jsou vypsány návrhy a doporučení proti nejčastěji využívaným metodám omezování hospodářské soutěže, nekalé soutěže a nekalých obchodních praktik.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of this diploma thesis is discovery how the companies using restriction of competition, unfair competition or unfair commercial practices on the energy market and for the most frequently occurring cases are suggested recommendations for their limitation or their completely elimination. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of these three restriction. In the next part thesis is focused on characteristics of the energy market in the Czech Republic. The third part are examples of restricitions of competition, unfair competition and unfair commercial practices from energy market in the Czech Republic. The last part suggests recommendation aggainst the most frequently used methods of restriction of competition, unfair competition and unfair commercial practices.en
