dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se věnuje tématu strategická analýza vybraného podniku. Cílem práce je vypracovat strategickou analýzu pro společnost Saferoad Czech Republic s.r.o., která působí v oblasti dopravních staveb, a na základě výsledků analýzy poté navrhnout možné alternativy budoucího vývoje společnosti. První část práce je zaměřena na teorii, která slouží jako podklad pro vypracování praktické části. Druhá část se skládá z představení vybrané společnosti, analýzy externího a interního okolí, SWOT analýzy a definování možných alternativ budoucího vývoje společnosti. Na základě výsledků strategické analýzy byly navrhnuty 3 možné varianty budoucího vývoje. Z nichž byla pomocí SAFe matice za účasti vedení společnosti vybrána varianta, která se jeví jako nejvhodnější.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master thesis deals with the strategic analysis of a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to develop a strategic analysis for the company Saferoad Czech Republic s.r.o., which operates in the field of transport constructions, and based on the results of the analysis to propose possible alternatives for the future development of the company. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theory, which serves as a basis for the practical part. The second part consists of an introduction of the selected company, an analysis of the external and internal environment, a SWOT analysis and the definition of possible alternatives for the future development of the company. Based on the results of the strategic analysis, 3 possible alternatives of future development were proposed. Out of which the most suitable option was selected using the SAFe matrix with the participation of the company management.en
