| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce s názvem "Efektivní nákup, prodej a kooperace podniků" popisuje problematiku činností nákup, prodej a kooperace. Práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. Úvod se zaměřuje na představení firmy Lintech s. r. o., její historie, dále stručné portfolio výrobků a vyhodnocení hospodářských výsledků z posledních let. Teoretická část práce popisuje nákup, prodej a kooperaci s využitím odborné literatury. Praktická část se věnuje konkrétnímu podniku, jeho podnikovým procesům v oddělení prodeje, nákupu a kooperace. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny nedostatky firmy, zejména v oblasti nákupu a navrženy případné změny. | cs |

Everyting is devided into several chapters. Theoretical part of the seminar elaborate describes purchase, sale and collaboration with the use of technical/specialized literature. Practical part is devoted to the company itself.
