dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení podnikání vybrané firmy MINERAL DEKOR, s. r. o. a navržení doporučení k posílení podnikatelské činnosti. V teoretické části práce jsou vysvětleny pojmy jako podnikání, podnik, marketingový mix a analýzy - PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti sil či SWOT analýza. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku firmy. Pomocí marketingového mixu jsou popsány 4P. PEST analýza analyzuje vnitřní prostředí odvětví. Porterův model pěti sil zhodnocuje vnější prostředí firmy. Dále práce obsahuje logistický řetězec, včetně analýzy materiálového a informačního toku firmy. Závěrečná část práce je zaměřena na SWOT analýzu, ze které vychází strategická doporučení pro firmu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor Thesis deals with the evaluation of business activities of the chosen company MINERAL DEKOR, s.r.o. and suggests recommendations of measures to strengthen its business operations. In the theoretical part the following terms such as business activities, business company, marketing mix and analysis - PEST analysis, Porter s five forces analysis and SWOT analysis are explained. Using the marketing mix the 4P's are described. The PEST analysis is aimed at the internal industry environment. The Porter s five forces analysis evaluates the external company environment. The thesis also consists of the supply chain, including the analysis of the material and information flow. The concluding part of the thesis focuses on the SWOT analysis, its implications are then used to create the strategic recommendations for the company.en
