| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vedení dobrovolníků v neziskové organizaci a jejich motivaci. Smyslem práce je navrhovanými opatřeními a doporučeními pomoci neziskové organizaci k vyšší výkonnosti. Bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě části. První část práce je teoretická a je věnována základním pojmům týkajícím se podstaty neziskových organizací, dobrovolnictví a pracovní motivace. Praktická část je věnována představení organizace, charakteristice jejího fungování a samotné analýze oblasti motivace a vedení dobrovolníků. Analýza je provedena za pomoci dotazníkového šetření. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření jsou uvedeny vlastní návrhy a doporučení, jejichž zavedení povede k vyšší spokojenosti dobrovolníků, k jejich efektivnímu vedení a motivování, tudíž k vyšší výkonnosti organizace. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis focuses on the management of volunteers in a non-profit organization and their motivation. The purpose of the thesis is to help the non-profit organization to improve its performance by proposed measures and recommendations. The thesis is composed of two parts. The first part is theoretical, and it is devoted to the basic concepts related to the nature of non-profit organizations, volunteerism, and work motivation. The practical part is devoted to the introduction of the organization, the characteristics of its functioning and the actual analysis of the field of motivation and management of volunteers. The analysis is accomplished with the help of a questioner survey; based on the results, own suggestions and recommendations are given. The implementation of the previously mentioned recommendations leads to higher satisfaction of volunteers, to their effective management and motivation, and thus, performance improvement in the organization. | en |
