dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce popisuje a porovnává možnosti financování bydlení v České republice. Téma financování bydlení bylo zvoleno pro svou aktuálnost. Teoretická část se zabývá nejčastějšími možnostmi financování bydlení, a sice hypotečními úvěry, úvěry stavebních spořitelen a vlastními zdroji. Praktická část názorně ukazuje teoretická východiska na příkladu mladého páru, jež si chce porídit byt. Parametry úvěrových produktů bank a stavebních spořitelen byly získány konzultacemi s danými institucemi nebo pomocí jejich webových stránek. Práce má shrnout a porovnat jednotlivé možnosti financování a u modelového příkladu vybrat tu nejvýhodnější. Práce zároveň poukazuje na komplexitu problematiky financování bydlení v České republice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis describes and compares housing financing options in the Czech Republic. The topic of housing financing was chosen for its relevance. The theoretical part deals with the most common housing financing options, namely mortgage loans, loans from building societies and own resources. The practical part illustrates the theoretical background with the example of a young couple who want to buy a flat. The parameters of the banks' and building societies' loan products were obtained by consulting the institutions concerned or using their websites. The aim of the work is to summarise and compare the different financing options and to select the most advantageous one for the model example. The work also highlights the complexity of the housing finance issue in the Czech Republic.en
