| dc.description.abstract | V rámci bakalářské práce byl prováděn průzkum pavouků (Araneae) na území přírodní rezervace Přimda (Západní Čechy, Česká republika). Důvodem ochrany jsou zbytky starého smíšeného porostu s převahou buků. Pavouci (Araneae) byli sbíráni během jedné sezóny na třech stanovištích s různým charakterem biotopu. Pro sběr pavouků byly použity standardní metody, jako jsou zemní pasti, smyk nebo prosev a doplňkově UV přenositelné světelné lapače používané převážně pro sběr nočních motýlů. Soubory pavouků byly hodnoceny pomocí Shannon-Wienerova indexu a indexu dominance. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Within bachelor thesis were to do a survey of the spiders (Araneae) in the nature reserve Přimda (Western Bohemia, Czech Republic). The main conservation value of this reserve is biocenosis of the old mixed forest with predominance occurrences of beeches. The spiders were sampled using at three sites with different biotopes. The spiders were sampled using standards methods such as pitfall traps, a sweeping net or a litter reducer, and additionally using UV light portable traps used for sampling of moths. The spider assemblages were evaluated using Shannon-Wiener index and dominance index. | en |
