dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na udržitelnost vybraného rodinného podniku v konkurenčním prostředí. Konkurenceschpnost je zhodnocena za pomocí analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. V práci je využit Porterův model pěti sil, PEST analýza a SWOT analýza. Z výsledků těchto analýz byla následně navržena opatření po posílení konkurenceschpnosti, který by měla být ekonomicky efektivní pro vybraný podnik.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor thesis is focused on sustainability of selected family business in competitive environment. The competitiveness is assessed throught internal and external environment analysis. This thesis used the Porter model of five forces, PEST analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of these analysis were subsequently suggested measures to enhance competitiveness, where they are poposed to be economically efficient for the selected business.en
