| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá psychohygienickými aspekty života středoškolské mládeže. V teoretické části jsou uspořádány poznatky o duševní hygieně a jejích dílčích oblastech. Závěr teoretické části je zaměřen na charakteristiku období adolescence. Praktická část je založena na výzkumu, který měl u vybraného vzorku respondentů za úkol zmapovat oblast studentského života středoškoláků z hlediska psychohygieny. Prováděného výzkumu se zúčastnilo 100 respondentů ze dvou plzeňských středních škol. Jako výzkumná metoda byl zvolen dotazník, založený na uzavřených otázkách, které se vztahovaly k dílčím oblastem psychohygieny. Jednotlivé otázky byly vyhodnoceny kvantitativně a výsledky byly rovněž znázorněny graficky. Při vyhodnocování byly posuzovány výsledky odlišností mezi respondenty mužského a ženského pohlaví, tak výsledky celkové, druhotně pak školy mezi sebou. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis follows the aspects of mental hygiene in the life of secondary school students. Information about mental hygiene and its study areas can be found in the theoretical part of this thesis. The final section of the theoretical part deals with the characteristics of adolescence period. The practical part is based on an in-depth research, undertook by a group of respondents that recorded the mental hygiene aspects in the life of secondary school students. One hundred students from two Pilsen secondary schools participated in the conducted research. A questionnaire was chosen as the research method. The questionnaire was based on closed questions regarding the areas of mental hygiene. Answers on individual questions were quantitatively evaluated and also recorded in a graph. Differences between male and female respondents? answers and overall results were assessed. The comparison between different schools respondents? answers were evaluated indirectly. | en |
