| dc.description.abstract | Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou doplňování parcel zjednodušené evidence v rámci digitalizace souboru geodetických informací. Popisuje historické předpoklady ke vzniku zjednodušené evidence a postupy doplňování takto evidovaných pozemků do souboru geodetických informací. Na konkrétních příkladech jsou ukázány nejčastější problémy a různé názory na jejich řešení napříč resortem Českého úřadu zeměměřického a katastrálního, které jsou podloženy rozdílností judikátů Nejvyššího správního soudu. | cs |
