| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce je věnována problematice správního trestání se zaměřením na pravidla ukládání správních trestů. Cílem diplomové práce je zejména, nikoliv však výlučně, analýza současné právní úpravy pravidel ukládání správních trestů a aplikace této právní úpravy správními orgány v praxi. Autor práce se na rozdíl od jiných odborných prací nevěnuje historickému kontextu, ale svůj pohled směřuje k současnému stavu právní úpravy pravidel ukládání správních trestů a stavu žádoucímu. | cs |
