dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je vypracována na téma: ?Transformace v DOZP Stod.? Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. V první z těchto kapitol autorka popisuje výzkumný problém, aby případné čtenáře uvedla do dané problematiky. V dalších kapitolách se autorka zabývá cílovou skupinou, domovy pro osoby se zdravotním postižením, DOZP Stod a procesem transformace v DOZP Stod. V praktické části autorka vyhodnocuje rozhovor, analyzuje získaná data a shrnuje výsledky této práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is elaborated on the theme: "Transformation in DOZP Stod." Thesis is divided into two parts, namely the theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is divided into five chapters. In the first of these chapters the author describes the research problem that any reader put into the issue. In the following chapters the author deals with the target group, homes for the handicaped, DOZP Stod and the process of transformation in DOZP Stod. In the practical part the author evaluates the interview, analyzes the data and summarizes the results of this work.en
