dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivačním systémem ve zvolené organizaci. Cílem práce je zhodnotit motivaci u vybrané skupiny pracovníků v dané organizaci a formulovat návrhy a doporučení pro její současný motivační systém. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny pojmy, které se vztahují k problematice pracovní motivace. Empirická část práce nejprve představuje zvolenou organizaci, pro kterou je důležité, aby pracovní motivace zaměstnanců byla na požadované úrovni. Následně je popsán současný motivační systém. Na základě dotazníkového šetření je zhodnocena míra naplnění vybraných oblastí pracovní motivace ve společnosti a důležitost motivačních faktorů pro vybranou skupinu pracovníků. V souladu se zjištěnými poznatky z dotazníkového šetření jsou formulovány návrhy a doporučení pro motivační systém v dané organizaci, které by měly přispět ke zlepšení vybraných oblastí ovlivňující pracovní motivaci jejích zaměstnanců.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation system in the chosen organization. The aim of the work is to evaluate the motivation of a selected group of employees in the organization and to formulate suggestions and recommendations for its current motivation system. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the terms that are related to the issue of motivation in the workplace. The empirical part of the work first presents the chosen organization, for which it is important that the work motivation of its employees is at the desired level. The motivation system is subsequently described. Based on a questionnaire survey, the degree of fulfilment of selected areas of work motivation in the company and the importance of employees' motivational factors are evaluated. In accordance with the results from the questionnaire survey, suggestions and recommendations for the motivation system in the organization are formulated, which should contribute to the improvement within the selected areas influencing the work motivation of the employees.	en
