dc.description.abstractTématem této bakalářské práce je motivace zaměstnanců ve zvolené organizaci. Jedná se o organizaci VESTAR GROUP a. s., která má vysokou fluktuaci zaměstnanců v úseku recepce. Náplní práce je analyzovat motivaci v úseku recepce a na základě výstupů analýzy sestavit vhodné návrhy na zlepšení motivace zaměstnanců úseku. Práce je členěna na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy motivace, zabývá se motivačními teoriemi, motivací v souvislosti s výkonem a tvorbou motivačního programu. Praktická část v úvodu představuje společnost, dále je pak zaměřena na analýzu a zhodnocení motivace, v rámci které je provedeno dotazníkové šetření a rozhovory s vedoucími pracovníky. Poslední kapitolou praktické části jsou návrhy na zlepšení motivace v úseku recepce, které jsou sestaveny na základě výstupů analýzy. Tyto výstupy a návrhy budou předloženy vedení organizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the bachelor thesis is employee motivation in an organization. The company is VESTAR GROUP a.s., which has high employee turnover in the reception department. The aim of the work is to describe the motivation of the employees at the reception and to make proposals based on the analysis outputs. The work is divided into theoretical and practical section. Theoretical section describes and defines the basic concepts of motivation, selected theories of motivation, performance-related motivation and creation of the motivation program. In the introduction of practical section is the characteristic of the selected organisation. The practical part includes motivation analysis with a questionnaire survey and interviews. In the end of this part are proposed measures which can improve employee motivation in the reception department. The outputs of the work will be introduced to the company.en
