dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena zhodnocení stavu současné mezinárodní migrace pracovní síly v České republice, popsání procesu aktivního náboru pracovních sil a navržení opatření, která povedou k lepšímu začlenění zahraničních pracovníků a ke zlepšení celkového náboru. První část je část teoretická, která obsahuje definici mezinárodní migrace, její typy a příčiny, výhody a nevýhody pro jednotlivé strany účastnící se migrace. Je zde hodnocen pracovní trh v ČR a postoje českých občanů k zahraničním pracovníkům. Druhou část tvoří část praktická, kde je charakterizovaná společnost Grafton Recruitment s.r.o. Poté jsou na základě rozhovoru zpracovány okruhy otázek zaměřené na klienty zaměstnávající zahraniční pracovní sílu a migranty z Polska a Ukrajiny. Tyto země jsou porovnány a jsou odhalena slabá místa, na jejichž základě je sestaven návrh na zlepšení začlenění zahraničních pracovníků a zlepšení celkového náboru pracovníků. V závěrečné části diplomové práce je tento návrh rozpracovaný do jednotlivých bodů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is focused on the evaluatin of the status of the international labor migration in Czech Republic, describing the process of active recruitment and proposal of improvements that will lead in to a better integration of foreign workers and to improvement of the overall recruitment process. The first part is a theoretical, based on the scientific literature and describes a definition of international migration, its causes and types, advantages and disadvantages of the various parties involved in the migration. There is also evaluated the labor market in the Czech Republic and attitudes of Czech citizens to the foreign workers. The second part is practical characterizing Grafton Recruitment Ltd. Based on the interview is prepared a set of questions focused on clients employing of foreign workers and migrants from Poland and Ukraine. These countries are compared and revealed weaknesses on the basis of drawn up a proposal to improve the integration of foreign workers and improve the overall recruitment process. In the final part of this diploma thesis is the proposal of possible improvements in this area developed into individual points.en
