dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem vzniku konkrétní společnosti s ručením omezeným, která se zabývá prodejem a servisem kol. V teoretické části práce jsou představeny právní formy podnikání v České republice a zvolená právní forma je dále podrobněji rozebrána. Teoretická část je zakončena představením podnikatelského plánu, jeho účelem, strukturou i zásadami pro zpracování. Dále následuje praktická část, kde jsou popsány veškeré administrativní náleţitosti, které musí začínající podnikatel splnit. V další kapitole je zpracován kompletní podnikatelský plán, kde jsou základní údaje o společnosti, organizační struktura, analýzy trhu, dodavatelů a konkurence a dále marketingový a finanční plán společnosti. V poslední části práce je uvedena SWOT analýza a předpokládaný vývoj v následujících letech.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe Bachelor thesis deals with formation process of specific limited liability company engaged in trading and servicing bikes and bicycle components. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the types of legal forms of business in Czech Republic and specification of selected legal form. At the end of the theoretical part there is description of business plan, its purpose, structure and principles. The thesis continues with practical part, which is concentrated on administrative formalities, that every new entrepreneur has to do. In the next part there is elaborated complete business plan of a newly built company, with basic information about the company, organizational structure, market, suppliers and competitors analysis, marketing plan and financial plan. At the end of the thesis there is elaborated SWOT analysis of the company and the expected future development of the company.en
