dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na trestněprávní a kriminologické aspekty terorismu. První kapitola se zabývá pojmem terorismu, následuje historický vývoj terorismu a ve třetí kapitole jsou rozvedeny jednotlivé druhy terorismu. Jádro práce je obsaženo ve čtvrté a páté kapitole, které se zaměřují na právní úpravu terorismu a jeho kriminologické aspekty. Šestá kapitola se zabývá čím dál aktuálnější hrozbou, kterou je problematika radikalizace osob prostřednictvím sociálních sítí. V poslední kapitole je obsažena analýza vybraných teroristických útoků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis focuses on criminal and criminological aspects o terrorism. The first chapter deals with the concept of terrorism, which is followed by the historical evolution of terrorism, and the third chapter describes the different types of terrorism. The core of the thesis is contained in the fourth and fifth chapters, which focus on the legal regulation of terrorism and its criminological aspects. The sixth chapter focuses on the growing threat of radicalisation of people through social networks. The last chapter contains an analysis of selected terrorist attacks.en
