dc.description.abstractCílem bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře s pojmem fundraising a vytvořit fundraisingový plán organizaci Klokánek na následující období. V první části teorie je popsán pojem neziskové organizace, jejich rozdělení, postavení v ekonomice a vysvětleny pojmy vize, mise a poslání. Druhá část teorie je zaměřena na pojem fundraising, fundraiser a rozebrány možnosti financování. Pro praktickou část byla zvolena organizace Klokánek. Nejprve byla popsána činnost Klokánku, jeho výhody a finanční zdroje. Poté byly analyzovány finanční zdroje, jeho využívané zdroje a metody fundraisingu. Na závěr byl vytvořen fundraisingový plán ve třech variantách, navrhnuté nové fundraisingové metody a vyhodnocení fundraisingového plánu organizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe aim of the bachelor's thesis is to introduce the reader to the concept of fundraising and to create a fundraising plan for the Klokánek organization for the following period. The first part of the theory describes the concept of non-profit organizations, their division, their position in the economy, and explains the concepts of vision, mission and mission statement. The second part of the theory focuses on the concept of fundraising, fundraiser and discusses funding opportunities. The Klokánek organization was chosen for the practical part. First, the activities of Klokánek, its benefits and financial resources were described. Then the financial resources, its used resources and fundraising methods were analysed. Finally, a fundraising plan was developed in three variants, new fundraising methods were proposed and the fundraising plan of the organization was evaluated.en
