| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se soustředí na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro novou službu, kterou autor vybral na základě svého osobního zájmu a potenciálu pro založení podniku. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vysvětlením teoretických pojmů a jejich definic, konkrétně pojmů jako podnikání, podnikatel, živnost, typy forem podnikání, a podnikatelský plán. Hlavním cílem práce bylo posoudit podnikatelský plán, identifikovat a vyhodnotit možné příležitosti a rizika spojená s uvedením služby na trh. V praktické části byl vypracován konkrétní podnikatelský plán, finanční plán, SWOT analýza a identifikace rizik. Za pomocí vypracované cenotvorby autor zjistil, že podnik může silně konkurovat cenou. | cs |

The main objective of the thesis was to assess the business plan, identify and evaluate the potential opportunities and risks associated with bringing the service to market.
