dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá fungováním managementu sportovní organizace Greensgate Golf & Leisure Resort a detailněji se zaměřuje na fungování spolku Greesngate golf club. Nejdříve byla provedena charakteristika organizace a následně analýza jednotlivých manažerských funkcí, které jsou v klubu vykonávány. Následně se autor v práci více zaměřuje na fungování Greensgate golfu clubu a analyzuje vnitřní a vnější faktory, které klub ovlivňují. Z této analýzy jsou následně vyvozeny čtyři strategie ke zvýšení výkonnosti klubu, kde jsou jednotlivé postupy popsány. Provedeným výzkumem autor zjistil, že marketing a sportovní výkony družstev jsou slabé a je potřeba pracovat na zlepšení těchto sekcí. Manažerské funkce vyžadují malé úpravy, například kontroly by měly být prováděny častěji. Na konci bakalářské práce byly klubu navrženy strategie, na které by se měl zaměřit.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis deals with the management of the Greensgate Golf & Leisure Resort sports organisation, and search for more detail at the operation of the Greesngate Golf Club. Firstly, a characteristic of the organisation was carried out, followed by an analysis of the various management functions that are performed at the club. Then, the thesis focuses more on the functioning of Greensgate golf club, and analyses the internal and external factors that affect the club. From this analysis, are derived four strategies to improve the performance of the club, where individual procedures are described. Author has found that the marketing and sports performance of the teams are weak, and work is needed to improve these sections. The management functions require small adjustments, for example, inspections should be carried out more frequently. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, strategies were suggested for the club to focus on.en
