dc.description.abstractTématem bakalářské práce je motivace zaměstnanců ve zvoleném podniku. Konkrétně se jedná o podnik AGRO Blatná, a.s. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit současný stav motivace ve společnosti a navrhnout případná opatření pro danou oblast. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje motivaci a pojmy související s touto oblastí, teorie motivace, nástroje motivace, odměňování a hodnocení pracovníků a motivační program. Praktická část obsahuje základní informace o společnosti, hlavní činnosti podnikání a organizační strukturu. V praktické části je také popsán její motivační systém. Dále praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je zjistit, jak zaměstnanci hodnotí využívání motivačních faktorů a určit, které jsou pro ně důležité. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou prezentovány návrhy pro danou oblast.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of the bachelor thesis is the motivation of employees in the chosen company. Specifically, it is an agricultural company AGRO Blatná, a.s. The aim of this work is to evaluate the current state of motivation in society and to suggest potential arrangements for the area. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical parts deals with motivation and concepts related to this area, the theory of motivation, tools of motivation, company remuneration and evaluation of employees and the motivational program. The practical part also describes its motivational system. Furthermore, the practical part contains a questionnaire survey, which aims to find out how employees evaluate the use of motivational factors and determine which ones are important to them. The particular proposals for the area are presented by these findings.en
