dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na implementaci systému řízení rizik v podniku Doosan Bobcat Manufacturing s.r.o. působícím v odvětví výroby stavebních strojů. Střednědobý strategický plán je rozebrán na základě analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího okolí a na tomto základě posouzen potenciál naplnění plánu. Následně je popsán proces řízení rizik, kde jsou rizika identifikována, hodnocena, navržena k ošetření a v poslední řadě monitorována. V systému řízení rizik jsou nalezena slabá místa, pro která jsou na závěr podány návrhy jejich ošetření na základě implementace některých, podnikem vynechaných, kroků procesu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of a risk management system in the company Doosan Bobcat Manufacturing s.r.o. involved in the production of construction machinery. Mid-range strategic plan is analyzed based on the analysis of internal and external environment of the company and the basis is used for evaluation of its accomplishment. After that is described the risk management process, where risks are identified, evaluated, the corresponding measures of their treatment are suggested and, finally, the risks are monitored and treated. For the weak points recognized in the current risk management system the thesis recommends its improvements based on the implementation of some process steps, which were until now omitted by the company DBM.en
