dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současné právní úpravy registrovaného partnerství v českém právním systému a možnostmi jeho novelizace vzhledem k zajištění adekvátní míry rovnosti pro stejnopohlavní páry. Práce se zaměřuje na obsah registrovaného partnerství a komparuje jej s právy a povinnostmi manželů a partnerů. Cílem práce je identifikovat legislativní nedostatky současného institutu registrovaného partnerství, zejména v oblastech majetkových práv a rodičovských vztahů. Na základě zjištěných skutečností práce navrhuje legislativní opatření vedoucí k rovnoprávnějšímu a stabilnějšímu právnímu postavení partnerů. Práce přispívá k diskuzi o budoucnosti právní regulace partnerských vztahů v České republice a jejích možných změn směřujících k větší právní jistotě a harmonizaci s evropskými trendy v oblasti rodinného práva.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the analysis of the current legal regulation of registered partnership in the Czech legal system and the possibilities of its amendment with regard to ensuring an adequate level of equality for same-sex couples. The thesis focuses on the content of registered partnership and compares it with the rights and obligations of spouses and partners. The aim of the thesis is to identify the legislative shortcomings of the current institution of registered partnership, especially in the areas of property rights and parental relations. On the basis of the findings, the thesis proposes legislative measures leading to a more equal and stable legal position of partners. The thesis contributes to the discussion on the future of legal regulation of partnership relations in the Czech Republic and its possible changes aimed at greater legal certainty and harmonisation with European trends in the field of family law.en
