dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá především ochranou práv zaměstnanců při převodech podniků v rámci práva Evropské unie. Převod podniků a následná snaha zmírnění negativních dopadů na zaměstnance, jež jsou tímto převodem dotčeni, je upravena ve třech hlavních částech této práce, ve kterých autorka uvádí důvody, jež vedly zákonodárce k přijetí právní úpravy zabývající se zachováním práv zaměstnanců v případě převodu podniku a rozebírá jednotlivé instituty ochrany práv zaměstnanců při převodech podniků v EU a ČR. Autorka práce dále sumarizuje a systematizuje rozsáhlou judikaturu Soudního dvora Evropské unie, která zásadně ovlivnila právní úpravu této problematiky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals mainly with the protection of employees' rights in the event of transfers of undertakings under EU law. The transfer of undertakings and the consequent effort to mitigate the negative impact on employees affected by this transfer is presented in three main sections of this academic work, in which the author states the reasons that led the legislator to adopt legislation to preserve employees' rights in the event of transfer of undertakings and analyzes individual institutes of protection of employees' rights during this transfers in the EU and the Czech Republic. The author further summarizes and systematizes the extensive case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union, which has fundamentally influenced the legal regulation of this issue.en
