Kapitoly se zaměřují podrobněji na výklad jednotlivých forem trestné součinnosti, které mezi sebou práce porovnává. Závěr práce, vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o problematiku celosvětovou, srovnává mezi sebou právní úpravu naší země s jinými.cs

The chapters describe in detail an interpretation of various forms of criminal cooperation and compare then between each other.
