dc.description.abstractPředložená práce na téma Vliv okolí podniku na konkrétní podnik je zaměřena na analýzu prostředí reálného podniku. Na začátku práce je představen podnik, který byl vybrán pro tvorbu praktické části. V hlavní části práce je analyzováno externí a interní prostředí podniku. Externí analýza obsahuje prvky, které podnik zcela nemůže ovlivnit, anebo je může ovlivnit jen částečně. Interní analýza obsahuje prvky, na které může podnik přímo působit a ovlivňovat je. V další kapitole je vytvořena SWOT analýza, která obsahuje silné a slabé stránky podniku, příležitosti a hrozby. Z této analýzy vychází poslední část práce, která se zabývá návrhem opatření pro budoucí vývoj podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedPresented bachelor thesis on the theme The influence of surroundings on a specific company is focused on the analysis of surroundings of a real company. At the beginning was introduce the company, that was chosen for practical part of the thesis. In the main part of the thesis is internal and external analysis of business environment. External analysis contains elements that company is not able to affect or may affect them only partially. Internal analysis includes elements that the company can directly affect and influence. In the next chapter is created SWOT analysis, which includes strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The last chapter is based on SWOT analysis, which deals with a proposal of measures for the future development of the company.en
