dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce pojednává o dopadech pandemie Covid-19 na oblast cestovního ruchu. V první části práce jsou charakterizována specifika poptávky a nabídky v cestovním ruchu, dále podstata kvality služeb v cestovním ruchu a charakteristika jednotlivých druhů služeb. Součástí první části práce je také charakteristika prováděných opatření proti šíření nemoci Covid-19 a souhrn vládních kompenzací. Na základě vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření byly následně navrženy konkrétní opatření pro eliminaci dopadů pandemie Covid-19 v oblasti služeb cestovního ruchu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on tourism. The first part of the thesis is describing the specifics of demand and supply in tourism, the principle of the quality of services in tourism and the characteristics of the most common types of services. The next part of the thesis is a description of the measures taken against the spread of Covid-19 and a summary of government compensations. Based on the evaluation of the questionnaire survey, specific measures were subsequently proposed to eliminate the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic in the tourism services segment.en
