dc.description.abstractProstorová data nacházejí stále širší uplatnění v uživatelských aplikacích. Sběr prostorových dat a jejich aktualizace tvoří podstatnou část celkových nákladů na jejich vedení. Pro zajištění trvale udržitelného rozvoje v oblasti geografických informačních systémů je nezbytná efektivní správa prostorových dat a koordinace mechanismů pro jejich sdílení. Na evropské úrovni vzniká několik iniciativ podporující širší využití prostorových dat. Příkladem je směrnice INSPIRE, jejíž principy se staly základem pro tuto práci společně s hlavními světovými trendy v oblasti integrace prostorových dat. Cílem této práce je návrh strategie pro vymezení referenčních dat a efektivní integraci prostorových dat v kontextu veřejné správy v České republice. Zásadním přínosem navržených mechanismů by byly úspory při aktualizaci prostorových dat a zajištění konzistence tematických dat uživatelů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedSpatial data are increasingly being used for a range of applications beyond their traditional uses. Collection of such data and their update make a substantial part of the total costs for their maintenance. In order to ensure sustainable development in the area of geographic information systems, efficient data custody and coordination mechanisms for data sharing must be put in place. There are several European initiatives supporting the wider use of spatial data. An example is the INSPIRE Directive. Its principles and the main world trends in data integration served as a basis for this thesis. The aim of the thesis is to outline a strategy for the delimitation of reference data and efficient spatial data integration in the context of public administration in the Czech Republic. The important benefits of the suggested approach would be to reduce the costs of data maintenance and ensure the consistency of application data.en
