dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce na téma obec a výkon finanční kontroly, pojednává o finančním hospodaření a systému finanční kontroly v obci Zaječov. Bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vymezuje pojmy spojené s problematikou obce a finanční kontroly. Popisem těchto pojmů jsou shrnuty informace a vědomosti nabyté studiem odborné literatury a příslušných právních předpisů souvisejících s danou problematikou. Praktická část je otevřena představením konkrétní obce Zaječov, následuje analýza finančního hospodaření obce a analýza procesu finanční kontroly v obci Zaječov. Podrobně jsou popsány dílčí finanční kontroly. Dále jsou oba typy analýzy zhodnoceny a jsou navržena opatření ke zlepšení fungování procesů v dané obci. Závěrem je shrnuta celá práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedBachelor thesis on the topic municipality and performance of finance control, deals with financial management and the system of financial control in the municipality Zaječov. The bachelor thesis contains two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the concepts associated with the issues of the municipality and financial control. The description of the terms summarizes the information and knowledge acquired through the study of professional literature and relevant legislation related to the issue. The practical part is opened by the introduction of a specific municipality Zaječov, followed by a description of the management of the municipality and an analysis of the process of financial control in the municipality Zaječov. Partial financial controls are described in detail. Furthermore, both types of analysis are evaluated and measures are proposed to improve the functioning of the processes in the municipality. Finally, the whole work is summarized.en
