dc.description.abstractV této bakalářské práci bylo prozkoumáno současné řešení válce řízení membrány použité pro vulkanizační lis VL 90?. Na základě zjištěných nedostatků byly navrženy změny konstrukčního řešení. Nově vzniklé konstrukční řešení bylo uzpůsobeno pro vulkanizační lis VL 75?. Válec řízení membrány byl detailně zkonstruován v CAD systému a byla vytvořena výkresová dokumentace. Pomocí analytických a numerických výpočtů byly navrženy a zkontrolovány vybrané díly VŘM.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn this bachelor sheet the current construction of the cylinder for bladder control of the curing press 90? is examined. The changes based on the problematic properties were designed in the construc-tion. The new construction was adjusted to the curing press 75?. The cylinder for bladder control was designed in depth in the CAD sys-tem. Some parts of the construction were designed or checked by the analytic and numeric solutions.en
