dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá analýzou interní logistiky ve výrobní společnosti XYZ a možnostmi její optimalizace prostřednictvím implementace autonomních logistických systémů AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) a AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots). Cílem práce je zhodnotit ekonomickou efektivitu a technickou proveditelnost nasazení těchto technologií s důrazem na dosažení provozních úspor a zvýšení efektivity logistických procesů. Práce obsahuje podrobnou analýzu současného stavu, výpočet vytížení stávající manipulační techniky a následné porovnání jednotlivých variant automatizace. Na základě provedených výpočtů návratnosti investic, ROI a provozních úspor je doporučeno nejvýhodnější řešení s ohledem na ekonomické a technické požadavky společnosti. Výsledky práce mohou sloužit jako podklad pro strategické rozhodnutí o implementaci Průmyslu 4.0 do interní logistiky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis master's thesis focuses on the analysis of internal logistics within the manufacturing company XYZ and explores possibilities for its optimization through the implementation of autonomous logistics systems, specifically AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) and AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots). The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the economic efficiency and technical feasibility of deploying these technologies, with an emphasis on achieving operational savings and increasing the efficiency of logistic processes. The thesis includes a detailed analysis of the current state, calculation of the utilization rate of existing handling equipment, and a subsequent comparison of various automation options. Based on the performed calculations of investment return, ROI, and operational savings, the most advantageous solution is recommended, taking into account the economic and technical requirements of the company. The results of this thesis can serve as a basis for strategic decision-making regarding the implementation of Industry 4.0 principles within internal logistics.en
