dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se věnuje problematice vybraných podpůrných opatření při narušení schopnosti zletilého právně jednat, konkrétně institutům "Předběžné prohlášení, Nápomoc při rozhodování a Zastoupení členem domácnosti". Práce se věnuje pramenům právní úpravy těchto institutů a mapuje souvislosti vzniku aktuální české právní úpravy v rámci procesu rekodifikace českého soukromého práva. Dále rozebírá jednotlivá podpůrná opatření včetně příslušných druhů soudních řízení a věnuje se problémům a možnostem využití těchto institutů v praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is dedicated to the selected support measures in distortion of an adult's abilities to act legally,namely the institutes preliminary statement to assist in decision-making and representation of members of the household. Thesis deals with the sources of legislation, those institutes and maps the context of the current Czech legislation in the process of re-codification of Czech private law. Further analyzes the various support measures including appropriate kinds of litigation and deals with the problems and possibilities of using these institutes in practice.en
