dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou manželství osob stejného pohlaví, která je v České republice v současné době aktuální zejména kvůli novele občanského zákoníku předložené v červnu roku 2018. Uvedená novela by nově měla umožnit uzavírat manželství i párům osob stejného pohlaví. Mimo představení zmíněné novely občanského zákoníku včetně jejích pozitiv i negativ, jsou v diplomové práci představeny a vzájemně porovnány i samotné instituty manželství a registrovaného partnerství, a dále též novela Listiny základních práv a svobod, která s novelou občanského zákoníku úzce souvisí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedFollowing diploma thesis deals with the issue of same-sex marriage, which is currently being discussed in the Czech Republic based on an amendment to the Civil Code from June 2018. The amendment to the Civil Code should enable same-sex couples to get married. There are also discussed the positives and negatives of the amendment to the Civil Code in the diploma thesis. Besides that, the diploma thesis presents and compares marriage and registered partnership, as well as an amendment to the Charter of Fundamental Human Rights and Freedoms of the Czech Republic which is closely connected to the amendment to the Covil Code.en
