dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je orientována na téma Obchodní plán podniku s využitím zahraničního obchodu. Zaměřuje se na podnikatelský plán pro společnost MVM Metal, s.r.o., který se skládá ze dvou částí. První část popisuje teoreticky obchodní plán a zahraniční obchod. V této části jsou popsané všechny jednotlivé náležitosti obchodního plánu. Zahraniční obchod je už v menší míře vysvětlen. Druhá část obsahuje konkrétní podnikatelský plán, který popíše společnost, produkty. Zanalyzuje prostředí společnosti a rizika projektu. Praktická část obsahuje i logickou rámcovou matici a SWOT analýzu.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor's thesis is focused on the business plan of a company with use of foreign trade. This bachelor's thesis is focused on the business plan for MVM Metal s.r.o., which consists of two parts. First part theoreticly describes business plan and foreign trade. In this part are described all the individual elements of the business plan. Foreign trade is to a lesser extent explained. Second part of thesis contains a concrete business plan, which describes the company's products. This plan also analyze the company environment and project risks. The practical part also includes a logical framework matrix and SWOT analysis.en
